A birthday cake for a cardiologist, ordered by her sweet lil sister. Chocolate cake with dark chocolate ganache, heart shaped with a body dummy (?) and other operating stuffs. oh boy i better stop explaining, i really don't know much about those stuffs.. hahahhahhaha
